Obedience Classes
- New Puppy Workshops
- Do you have a new member in your family? Do you need help with housebreaking, crate training, mouthing, beginning obedience skills, or socialization? Set up a Puppy Workshop session with Gregg to get you and your puppy off to a great start. These workshops are intended for puppies 10 - 20 weeks of age.

- Beginning Obedience
- This 6 week course teaches owners to train their dogs to respond to basic commands which form a firm foundation for obedience and control. Learn basic obedience commands such as sit, down, stay, and come as well as casual walking techniques and beginning heel.$95/ 6 weeks

- Intermediate Obedience
- This 6 week course refines behaviors learned in Beginning Obedience with emphasis given to form and reliability. Distance and time are increased for Sits and Downs. Smoothness of motion and teamwork is enhanced for walking in heel position. The Figure Eight is introduced as well as Stand for Exam. $95/ 6 weeks

- Canine Good Citizen Preparation
- This 6 week course focuses on obedience and handling skills required to pass the CGC exam. The exam will be given week six of the course. $95/ 6 weeks (includes exam fee)

- Rally Ring Thursday - Tutorial
- This tutorial is perfect for those starting out in Rally as well as handlers who need to clean up their course skills. Judi will customize the tutorial to your skill level. Completion of a Beginning Obedience Class or higher is a pre-requisite. $20/30 min session

- This is perfect for handlers who need to clean up their course skills. Judi will set up a course for practice of various skills. Prior Rally experience is a pre-requisite. $10/30 min session

- Out and About
- Meet with our trainer at Tilles Park to refine obedience skills in a real life setting. Training drills include loose leash walking, heeling, increased distance and time with stays, as well as polite greetings. This class is intended for those that have completed a Beginning Obedience class or higher. Please note: This class is weatherdependent and may be rescheduled as weather conditions require.$55 for 3 weeks

Agility Classes
- Introduction to Agility - Level 1
- This 6 week introductory level course presents the basics of agility as a sport. Each obstable is introduced in a stepwise fashion building confidence and emphasizing fun with your dog. For dogs 6 months and older. Limited to 6 participants. $105/ 6 weeks

- Agility - Level 2
- This 6 week course builds on what was presented in the introductory course. Off-leash runs through various course patterns will continue to build confidence as well as speed. Limited to 6 participants. $105/ 6 weeks

- Agility - Level 3
- This 6 week off-leash agility course will build skills such as obstacle discrimination, directional work, handler crosses and speed. Limited to 6 participants. $105/ 6 weeks

- Advanced Agility
- This class will work on development of more advanced handling skills. Excellent Standard courses will be run that will help the handler identify difficulties and how to adapt to them. Every other week the class will "play" one of the games offered through the various venues at agility trials, such as FAST with the AKC. $105 for 6 weeks

Just For Fun Classes
- NEW! Tricky Dogs Workshop
- Join us for the fun 1 hour workshop. Why teach tricks? Teaching tricks reinforces the relationship and communication skills between handler and dog established in obedience classes. Of course, there is the added benefit of showing off to friends and family.$20

- Looking for a little variety? This six (6) week class is just pure fun. Each week a different activity will be presented. Activities include: Tricks sampler, Agility sampler, and Station relay (similar to Rally Obedience).$105/ 6 weeks

Training Policies
Vaccinations
Proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) is required prior to attending first training session.
Refunds
Owners purchase an enrollment with a commitment of honoring each appointment and to working with their dog at home throughout the week and between class sessions. No make up sessions are offered for missed classes at this time. Refunds will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of Happy Dog Spot.
In the event there are not enough dogs registered for a scheduled class, the owner will be notified that the class will be rescheduled. If the rescheduled day and time is not agreeable, a full refund will be made.

Every dog is an individual and the success of ANY training program, no matter how good the instructor or materials, is dependent on the owner/handler’s interaction, relationship, amount of practice, and level of commitment. Happy Dog Spot has no way to control these factors and therefore cannot guarantee any final outcome.
